Hostelling International - Îles-de-la-Madeleine
The Îles de la Madeleine archipelago, situated in the very centre of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, is known for its lush green valleys, stunning red cliffs, and 300 km of golden sand beaches. The hostel is located in the Parc de Gros-Cap peninsula, just 3 km from the ferry, on the Cap-aux-Meules island. The park boasts 80 campsites and offers guided sea kayak tours. The archipelago is bustling with many outdoor activities – you’ll find sailing, windsurfing, kite flying, horseback riding, fishing excursions, bird watching, hiking, and cycling.
