Le Barbocheux
Le Barbocheux produces Bagosse, which is often referred to as the "Beer of the Islands", even though it's actually a wine. A staple of the Îles de la Madeleine for decades, Bagosse is created by hand and made with love. Le Barbocheux crafts several more specialty wines out of a variety of fruits.

À l'abri de la Tempête decided there were more than enough tasty and wholesome grains on the islands to malt beer, and soon the barley crop took on a whole new level of importance. Guided tours of the brewery are offered, and a pub is located on site.
